Opportunity
With validated technology and clients in several sectors, the company needed capital to scale commercially and internationally. It was time to bring in climate and impact investors contributing knowledge and networks as well as funding.
Recommendations
Based on the analysis carried out by ST strategy, we worked on the fundraising process:
- Financial plan and valuation: Preparation of the five-year business plan and the approximation of the company’s value using four methods.
- Documentation: All the documents needed to go to market were prepared in English (Information Memorandum and Business Plan).
- Round structure: Cap table scenarios and analysis of the investors’ proposed terms, including valuation mechanisms linked to growth milestones.
- Negotiation and closing: Support in the negotiation with investors through to closing.
