1. Strategic self-assessment
Free and online. 26 questions in about 8 minutes to identify the two or three areas holding the company back and receive a short report covering all 12 areas. The starting point for deciding whether to go further.
2. Diagnosis: company review
In-depth work, over a few weeks, with the company’s real data: the first branch of the strategy tree worked through with us. A business review to know for certain where the ceiling is and which decisions move it.
3. External Board
The most complete level: over a year, a regular outside view of the decisions that matter. Periodic sessions with management to prioritise, follow up and take the decisions that will make the company evolve.
